Privacy
Plain language about your information.
This page describes how information submitted through the SBA planning experience is used, measured, and shared. Last updated July 31, 2026.
01Information collected
The planning form may collect your contact information, business or project details, approximate financial information, financing purpose, timing, referral source, and communication preferences. The tools do not request a Social Security number and do not pull a credit report.
02How information is used
Information is used to create an educational SBA game plan, organize follow-up, understand which resources are useful, and communicate about the project when you provide consent. It may also be used to improve the planning experience, attribute inquiries to advertising or referral sources, and measure campaign performance.
03Sharing and financing referrals
Project information should only be shared with a prospective financing provider or professional adviser when necessary for the requested review and consistent with your direction. Technology providers may process information to host the experience, store records, and deliver requested communications. Financing providers and technology providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. Andrew does not charge borrowers for educational guidance or planning tools and may receive a referral fee from a lender when an introduction leads to closed financing. That possibility is disclosed upfront. Applicable SBA transactions may also require a separate agent-fee disclosure process involving the lender and other parties.
04Communications and choices
You may ask to stop email or phone follow-up at any time. Text messages are only intended for people who separately provide SMS consent, including through a request for Andrew to text them; message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of financing, and replying STOP should end future texts. Automated emails include a link that stops future follow-up messages for the project.
05Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect submitted information. Private report links should be treated as confidential. Information may be retained for the time reasonably needed to provide the requested service, document consent, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. You may use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be kept.
06Optional analytics and advertising measurement
When enabled through the site's analytics choice, Google or similar measurement tools may receive page activity, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, and conversion events. Enhanced conversion measurement may use contact details you submit in a protected, hashed form to improve attribution. Declining optional analytics does not prevent access to the free educational tools.
