SBA document checklist + Deal Room starter kit
Know what belongs. See what is missing.
Create a project-specific checklist, organize the files into a clean lender-ready structure, and carry the missing items into a free review with Andrew.
Make the checklist fit the project.
This is a strong starting package—not a universal application list. Your selected lender or CDC will provide the controlling request and secure submission process.
22 items still need attention.
20 incomplete items are priorities at this stage.
One room. One current version.
Mark an item complete only when it is current, clearly named, and ready to share through the approved secure channel.

The CSV becomes the team's tracker. The README contains the folder map, naming rules, security boundary, and current missing items.
Protect the package
Sensitive records belong in a secure channel.
Never place Social Security numbers, government identification, tax returns, personal financial statements, account numbers, or similar records into a public link or ordinary form. Use the specific secure portal or encrypted process approved by the lender or CDC.
SBA notes that lender requirements vary and that the lender provides the complete eligibility and document request. This kit organizes preparation; it does not replace that request.
